Go take a look-see!
I talked with Bro Amado today and I’ve accepted a new calling. Anyone want to venture a guess?
This is becoming one of my favorite blogs ever! It shows other blogger’s talents (i.e. – jewelry, pastry chefs, homemade crafts, and even monthly visiting teaching kits!) I’ve found so many great ideas that I’d love to try (of course, the possiblities overwhelm me!) to my home. Some day…but as long as I keep the idea then maybe I will.
I came across this website due to Taylor Made Digi Designs blog. I thought it was neat how she uses it and does a print screen image to show who her lucky winners are…now I want to figure out a way where I can use it!

Okay, just in case anyone was confused…I’m calling myself a ‘blog stalker” … it’s true…I find a blog, who talks about another blog, that has links to tons of other blogs…and here am I…making sure I check out every single one of them. AND, if I like what they do on it, I subscribe using Google Reader (tells me who updates so I don’t have to check each one every day). So, I’ve decided to add a “Blog Stalker” post for great blogs that I find. Please feel free to take a look if the description appeals to you or if you just want to check out why it appealed to me! 🙂
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/ defines “bag lady” as
Noun | 1. | ![]() |
As of tonight, Steve and I define “bag lady” as Evie…at Target…smelled stinky…got to check out… noticed stink was oozing out of her shorts…what to do?…plastic bag…two holes in the bottom…legs go in…make a knot on the sides…stink contained.
YUCK! My camera is smoking (think the ‘patch’ will work?) so I didn’t take a picture of it. 🙁 It was hilarious and the poor girl had no idea what was going on!
I’ve been waiting a little while to get the kids a room set that actually matches. I let Spencer choose between this and these
. We went to IKEA and when we got to the kid bedding area, Spencer found the one he picked right away (and he was very proud of himself for doing it). This morning, we cleaned their room, which never stays clean due to little fingers who decide to play once they see it put away, and put their things together. This is what we got:
stuffed animal net
Spencer’s bedding
Curtains
Evie’s bedding
I loved it because the bedding was only $15/each (1 sheet, 1 blanket, 1 pillowcase). I love IKEA!
On Wednesday, Leona and the boys came over to hang out for a while. We were playing out front when Reid says, “I have to go potty by myself!” Spencer replied, “Me too!” I ran up behind them. Reid took his turn going potty then Spencer decided it was his turn to go potty. He did WONDERFUL! Since then, Spencer has used the little potty a ton since then! He’s been so great to tell me that he needs to go potty. He is so proud of himself…he can pull down his pants and underwear, go potty, wipe, pull up his underwear and pants, and (since it’s the little potty) dump the ‘contents’ in the toilet (plus flush). Thank you SO much Reid for coming over and showing Spencer that he can be a big boy like you!
I found this blog through…actually, I can’t remember where I found the link, but I’m really enjoying it! She has so many fun things and ideas on there, so many give aways, and it’s just fun!
I’ve kind of become a blog-stalker…so many people have blogs that give great ideas, inspiration, and fun things to try. Thank you to everyone who has a blog! You keep me quite entertained!!!
